Full Service
Our Full Service Design Package is perfect for refreshing a few spaces, a new construction project, renovation, or one room overhauls. Britt will guide you through the process step by step and manage the project start to finish.
We will kick off our time together with a two hour in-person complimentary consultation so that Britt can get a feel for your goals, style, and dreams for your space. We provide two room design options per space, room layout with dimensions, budget, in-person sourcing, installation, access to our trusted trade partners. We design and walk you through the process from start to finish.
Designer fee is 12% of total project investment with a $10k minimum per project.
E-Design
Starts at $650 per room. Includes two room design options, room layout with dimensions, online source list and budget.
Does not include in-person sourcing, install, or trade referrals. We design it, you execute in your own time!
Consultation
Hourly consultation starts at $100/hr and includes an in-person or virtual walk-though of your space, suggested ideas for layout or art placement, paint color selection, etc.
