Duke Cottage | Full Renovation Flip

Our first flip was a labor of love and we are so proud of the result! This 1,100 sq ft cottage in the heart of Brookhaven presented a lot of challenges due to it's awkward layout and small size, however, we took advantage of every square foot and made some creative decisions to increase functionality.

Key features include a custom kitchen with a built-in pantry perfect for hiding the coffee maker and toaster oven (we are big fans of hiding appliances!), durable quartz countertops, mixing metals with brass lighting fixtures and chrome faucet, a full wall of applied moulding in the dining room that hides the laundry and a dry bar (more storage), and a fully renovated guest bathroom featuring a marble mosaic tile.
